聪明的 transitioned from the grant-funded WISE@OU project. WISE@OU was funded by the National Science Foundation ADVANCE program through a Partnerships for Adaptation, 实现, and Dissemination (PAID) Grant (Award 1107072) from 2011 to 2016. WISE@OU focused on creating a comprehensive recruitment, 保留, and career development program for women and under-represented populations in the disciplines of science, 技术, 工程, 和数学(STEM). 该项目于2011年至2016年开展. 2016年秋季, the program transitioned to the 研究 Office and became 科学领域的女性, 工程, 和研究).
